Return

We will exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed item if you notify us within 7 days of receipt and return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Proper is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.

Most of our clothes are unisex so please contact us for exact measurements if you are unsure about something before you purchase.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
