DELIVERY

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 days of receiving your order. We try and process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders are processed from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.

All Europe Shipments are sent with UPS. Shipment to USA, Japan, Australia, Canada, HK are sent with Fedex. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. A signature is required. Expected arrival date for European shipments is 3-7 working days from the confirmation of the order. Expected arrival date for USA /Oversea shipments is 6-12 working days from the confirmation of the order. In our experience it is very unlikely for anything to go wrong with your shipment, however if you require extra insurance on your purchase or wish for a next day delivery this can be arranged at extra cost so please enquire at the time of your purchase.

For oversea orders (USA, Japan), a customs duty might be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Proper is not responsible for payment of this duty.

The prices are indicated in EUR and are including 19% VAT.

Shipping is non-refundable and paid by the customer.
